About AmeReGen-ImmunoCure SP:

AmeReGen-ImmunoCure SP is a privately held segregated portfolio corporation of AmeReGen BioPharmaceuticals INC SPC, and a global leader in highly automated and highly quality-assured (stem) cell therapeutics manufacturing with a proprietary pharmaceutical grade and scale manufacturing equipment and processes.

AmeReGen-ImmunoCure SP is currently conducting a global site search where to set up its global manufacturing hub for CITA products to meet strong global demand for gentler yet better cancer therapeutics. Such search includes sites in California, and Company's native Cayman Islands.

Company has secured globally exclusive manufacturing rights related to an entire, new, and fully market launched oncology "drug" class called Cellular Intravascular Targeting Agents, CITA. Company's lead product, CITA Cell Pak™ treats in eligible advanced patients many kinds of cancer and all four stages with objective clinical success and virtually no side effects in routine applications. Company will manufacture CITA Cell Pak™ for various national distributors within the AmeReGen BioPharmaceuticals SPC Consortium of leading (stem) cell companies with products distributorships that are either already post-market-launch and profitable, or that are in the process of new national/territorial market launch and getting set up for strategic partnerings with leading medical centres that can fully appreciate exclusive offerings of our quasi-robotic mass-manufacturing of scale with the highest standardized QA/AC product definitions in the industry.

CITA PURGE Transplants are technology-related to adult (ethical, hematopoietic) stem cell transplantation, yet as their newest generation procedures do not longer require patients to undergo chemo- or radiation treatments, and are beyond clinical trials for almost a decade, and approved and launched in the FRG within the EU since 2004.

A few facts about CITA: The CITA technology has been developed over 20 years at elite and stem cell hot-bed Stanford University, of Palo Alto, California, USA, and further in the Californian cell therapeutics industry of Silicon Valley/BioBay. Together with Asian top R&D this breakthrough has cumulatively received more than US$250,000,000 in R&D funding, and was found consistently to perform across a broad spectrum of otherwise multi-drug-resistant cancers. The global demand for innovations that can perform powerfully in such therapy resistant cancers is vast and un-met. In the US oncology market of $225Bln, ~60+% of cancer patients still die and account for almost 700,000 lives lost per year that could benefit from
CITA Cell Pak™ therapy.
