Brief Company History of Critical Technology Partners: 

Our exclusive stem cell manufacturer, ImmunoCure Corp. INC., an earlier company in the stem cell field, was formed in 2000, as Delaware C-Corp. to make side effect free cancer treatments available to Americans and other global citizens in need, and before the US stem cell controversy and public confusion began that ensued during the Bush administration. While ImmunoCure Corp INC. was exclusively using adult, ethical, and patient-derived bone marrow-type hematopoietic stem cell collections as source cells, as opposed to embryo derived cells or cell lines that were object of much heated debate, the business could not thrive in the US in the early 2000s. Instead, it focused on technology transfer to an innovative German GmbH, the Cellular Cancer Treatment Centre CCTC. The assets of the Delaware C-corp ImmunoCure Corp. INC were eventually acquired by and integrated into AmeReGen BioPharmaceuticals SPC in 2008.

The results of ImmunoCure's (DE) technology transfer under licensing of proprietary Stanford/RCH manufacturing technologies and know how, as well as 2 pharmaceutical cell manufacturing assemblies to the EU CITA pilot site Cellular Cancer Treatment Centre of Hamburg, Germany, in 2004, were however quite remarkable as FIRSTs in the global stem cell industry: Profitable since inception, the CCTC Hamburg GmbH is not only the first CITA implementer globally, and the first routine stem cell treatment centre for cancer (US definition), it achieved many FIRSTs in chemo-radiation and pain & side effect free rational CITA therapy in multi drug resistant (MDR+) advanced cancers as diverse as lung, breast, prostate, colon and liver cancer, melanoma, sarcoma, glioma, and blood cancers.

Today, AmeRegen-ImmunoCure SP is the dedicated and highly specialized manufacturer of CITA cell therapeutics. This company does only specialty manufacturing for ordering distributor companies of CITA, and it does this with the highest integrity and precision as global leader in this specialized field of (stem) cell therapeutics manufacturing & QA for export to distributors such as premium distributor AmeReGen GC Arabia and its clinical 2011 programs TBD.

AmeReGen’s SPC's Consortium of highest quality health care partners and portfolio companies developed effective patient referral and national market launch & distributor structures in the GC Arabia first, then US, Europe, and select medical SPA resort destinations later. Other territories in key target markets are presently being explored as channel development to grow this profitable and medically much needed breakthrough-business further.
